Copyright Rebel Cycles, 2006
Rebel Cycles ships by any courier that can handle the huge boxes we use. These include FedEx Ground, Purolator, and DHL. In terms of cost, FedEx Ground is the least expensive, and DHL is the most expensive. You will be asked to select a courier and a shipping type when it's time to order. Our default is Purolator, but you can save a few dollars and go with FedEx Ground if you wish. You may also opt to upgrade to Express or Air shipping, if you just can't wait!

All of your bikes ship partially assembled, in a very long box. The box probably won't fit in your car, you'll need a van or truck to transport it. We take care to make sure that each component of your bike stays safe during shipment, but make sure you inspect your bike for any damage right when you receive it. This will help us resolve any issues with the shipping company quickly and effectively.

Don't worry about paying duty charges, either. Any applicable duty is included in the price, and Rebel Cycles takes care of the duty for you.
